Okay, here is a session that no matter how much I try to explain how much I loved it, it won’t be enough. It’s my perfect session. A perfectly styled client, who knew exactly what she wanted for the shoot. The weather – sunny and bright – the way I like it. And the location – literally down the street from my house. Not a bad commute to work. And a couple so in love it makes you giddy to watch.

Looooooove this one! It makes me want to get pregnant again. Almost.

How cute are they?

Their little girl will FOR SURE have knockout eyes.

This blog will be caught up I swear! Linda has already had baby Oliva since this session was taken before Christmas. The Kim family has been a client of mine since Natalie was a few months old. Look how big she is now! Linda is so gorgeous and stylish and I love her to pieces. And this family is f.u.n.n.y.

The best part of belly photos is involving your kids.

Natalie was actually reaching up to pull her mommy’s shirt down in this one. She didn’t like all the attention the belly was getting:)

So Natalie decided to take a coffee break.

Love this one of Linda.

December and January are my favorite times of the year for trees. The yellow leaves before they fall are just so pretty.

Kristen is having a baby boy next month and had a ripe belly to prove it. She’s going to have her hands full soon and just has the happiest attitude! And there is nothing more fun than photographing children with personality. Whether they are overly goofy, super expressive or just downright serious.

Meet big-sister-to-be. Adorably pouty. Borderline scowl. Okay, who are we kidding? A full on scowl!

Since the little one was in no mood to be in the photos, I took Kristen off on her own.

Can you believe her backyard backs up to this gorgeous field?

I must do a nice belly photo.

But whoa…I couldn’t resist getting the big belly from this angle too!

Attempt #2 at a family photo…still not thrilled but still curious and looking my way.

Okay, time for the little one to sit out if she doesn’t want to participate. What you can’t see is her crying her little head off while I steal Mommy & Daddy.

I turn to check on her. Oooooh, she’s giving me the stink eye. How dare I keep her from playing at the park (which is all she really wanted to do – probably had nothing to do with the photos – and everything to do with not playing on the swings).

Okay, okay. Let’s move toward the swings. But first one shot of you and Mommy. Please? OMG – a smile! A smile! She’s so dang cute!

Oh, I lied. I took more than one photo. She’s done. Time for the swings!
