Saturday was such a treat. I arrived in San Diego to the cutest, prettiest, sweetest bride ever. Jamie & Tyler booked me over the phone, and since they are friends with Andi (my super fun second shooter), they had 100% faith and trust in me. Ha! Everything was beautiful and perfect and the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa was like a tiny sliver of a Hawaiian island for a day. I feel so blessed to have shared in such amazing weddings this year.
This image is hands down one of my all time favorite bridal shots. Ever.
Since I had never met Jamie, I had no idea was a cutie she was. She reminds me of an actress but I can’t place it. And I loved her side swept hair.
And Tyler is so handsome.
Jamie & Tyler have known each other since high school, have dated 7 years before this day, so there were tons of happy tears. His family (of all boys) were thrilled to get a daughter, and her family (of all girls) were thrilled to get a son.
I love this shot Andi got during the ceremony.
We had, oh, maybe 15 minutes of light after the ceremony so we were off! I could have photographed these two all day. I don’t think they could have taken a bad picture.
First dance.
Her Dad gave such a touching toast. A father of three girls. He cried, they cried, we all cried.
