What an amazing wedding this was at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club. They were blessed with a location that holds a very special place in their hearts, the gorgeous coastal sun that decided at the last minute to come out, and great friends and family. Their day was really something special and I felt honored to share in their love. Even if was just for one day. I know it sounds corny, but this wedding was oozing with happiness and genuine gratitude that they have each other.
This location was also something else. Almost 100 years old, it has the charm of an old movie. Where else can you get married with sprawling manicured lawns, horses running in the fields, old photos of Polo tournament winners, and gorgeous Santa Barbara sun? And I dare not forget the awesome staff led by Ariana…kept things timely, gave me my own golf cart to rush between ceremony and reception locations, and just took such good care of the couple.
