Alison & Matt!

Meet Alison and Matt! My sister-in-law and soon-to-be-brother-in-law! They are getting married on March 31st out in Palm Desert and since I’m not shooting the wedding (since I’m in it), I got to take a few engagement photos. They were going to do an engagement session, and then maybe not, and then they decided to take a few anyway to have one framed at the wedding!

Now, she warned me they would be my toughest clients, because they don’t really want posed photos, they don’t really like cheesy photos, none of him picking her up, or twirling her around, so since it’s not a wedding where moments just happen, I had to get what I could! At least they agreed to kiss and occasionally look at the camera! Ali, I’m totally giving you a hard time!

Here they are…

Doesn’t it look like she’s laughing in both of these kissie shots? Was Matt tickling her?

The next few are some nice traditional ones for Mom & Dad!

I had to post one blooper. Since this was a family affair, Cameron HAD to come with us. Unfortunately she got in a few of the photos. It looks like Matt is telling her to go “over there”. Wherever he’s pointing.

Since Cameron has never had an Uncle (only Aunt Brenda and Aunt Ali), she calls him “Aunt Matt”. I love it. And she LOVES him. That’s all that matters, right? I tested her to see who she loved more, Ali or Matt and she answered “I love Ali AND Matt”. Smart cookie.

I doubt Alison will remember me, but congratulations to you both!

Cameron cracks me up. Her hair is awesome and she has the best smile.
